I wanted to thank Mike and his shop for being so open, honest, and helpful this past week. My car died he pushed it from a lot next to him, checked it out, and told me it wasnt worth fixing. On top of that he didnt charge me for anything and when I went up to grabbed the plates he sent one of his guys out to take them off for me. I have never met Mike prior to this and he didnt make a dime on me this week but I know where I will be getting my car fixed in the future. Thanks Mike!

Back in May I was told by Firestone my 04 Explorer needed new ball bearings. I questioned this and searched for a garage. I contacted Mike (I was never here before) and he took my truck in on a Friday. Firestone called and told me I had a "Major Safety issue". Bottom line...my bearings were fine, Mike showed me, took the time and got me in on a Friday! On the phone when asked what year my truck was he sounded surprised they would need new bearings. Bottom line, they are honest. I will be back for all my car needs. I am done with Firestone. They just want to make money off you.
