I can't even begin to say how well we were treated at Mike's Auto Service. My truck's motor blew on the Mass. pike and was towed to Mike's shop. I knew it wasn't going to be a good outcome on the truck, but Mike put me at ease and said he would look at it and let me know. He even helped us get a rental car, so we could make it to the Cape. His response on the result of my truck was quick and very professional. I highly recommend him and his crew, at a rate of 1 to 5, I would put him at a 10. Thank you Mike for EVERYTHING you did for us, we appreciate it! P.S. Thanks to Red's towing for bringing us to Mike!

I bought my Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 new in 1996 focused on seeing 200,000 miles. Mike understands what I'm looking for. Mike and his team have kept my truck running strong for 166,000 miles and still running like a champ.
Having the Pro's at Mike's, service the vehicles your family depends on is worth more than anything.
And lets not forget to say "Hello" to Lori.

I brought my van to Mike's for the free car care clinic. I am very glad I did because he found a small nest on the wires. I am thankful he found it before an animal damaged the wires. They were all very friendly there and I am sure I will return in the future for all of my car needs.

I am the current President of the West Springfield High School Soccer Booster Club. I visited Mikes last month to get a sticker on my car. The booster club was in the process of getting a printing quote for a program that needed to be printed for the next evening’s annual banquet. The quote was outrageous it would have eaten up two possible scholarship awards. I had never met Mike before; he inquired about my dilemma and offered to print the programs for the banquet on his new printer at no cost to us. Mike truly went above and beyond to support our West Springfield High School Soccer Booster Club and the players. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUPPORT.....West Springfield High School Soccer Booster Club.

Our next trip back we thought would be a worse for us experience as my wife spent the later days of November in the hospital into early December. We thought that the “Fall Special” (as it had expired) would not be honored and it was a GREAT price! Well I called to make an appointment as we needed it done anyway and without hesitation when I explained the circumstances they said “No Problem in using the coupon” and we scheduled an appointment for later in the week. As I live close by, we are a 1-car family so I asked if I brought the car in if I could get a ride home and back. That to - NO PROBLEM! I brought the car in and asked if they would replace all 3 wipers with all season ones and then was driven home. Just a couple hours later I was called by Mike’s and they said I needed a new air cleaner and asked if I wanted it. The price was fair and I had a feeling it would be needed as I had never had it replaced before. I was picked up an hour or so later and the bill was right in the range I expected – NO SURPRISES and the car drove great! I have been won over and will use Mike’s for ALL my vehicle needs from now on.

Our first experience at Mike's as we are new to the area and needed a inspection sticker was while driving by on a Saturday and low and behold, there they were and just a short wait. My wife and I were thrilled as we are both handicapped and hoped not to wait long. Let me tell you we have been in many inspection stations and most barely say hi and "money please"! Well this was FAR from this. The mechanic while performing the inspection answered a few questions for us so we could find a QUALITY local repair shop (we are NOT fond of using dealers) and he was more than happy to answer them all openly and honestly. He pointed out an "ongoing sale promotion" on the table and it had what we knew we would soon need. A Fall Maintenance Special! The price was great so we said we would be back. He stated all we had to do was call for an appointment and they would get us right in and out. Well we were pleased to say the least and left knowing we would return. More to come.
