We treat all of our customers with the utmost respect, whether they are male or female. We understand that you have come to us to entrust the care of your automobile into our capable hands. We believe in complete honesty and transparency in everything we do, and we treat you with the same respect and courtesy we would our family members. You deserve the same respect we would give our mothers. You shouldn’t be our customer if we don’t respect you.
We Listen to You
We will listen to your concerns, no matter how trivial they may seem to you. Nothing is trivial when it comes to car care. The simplest thing can actually create a huge problem, so we will listen to your concerns, take them into consideration, and take what you have told us into our diagnostic services. In other words, you know your car better than we do, and if you say it’s acting funny, it is.
We Answer Your Questions
We will also take the time to answer any questions you might have and explain anything that you find confusing. Again, it doesn’t matter to us whether you are male or female; you are our customer and we will answer every question thoroughly. We explain our services in great detail, including the parts and labor included in the service, and we will also let you know why we are taking the actions with your automobile that we are taking.
We Don’t Assume You’re Car-Dumb
As we said above, we don’t assume that you don’t know anything about cars just because you are a woman. In fact, as we also said above, you know more about your car in terms of its behavior than we do. We don’t believe in this generalization. We don’t believe that women know nothing about cars. We know that you know how to take care of your car. We will never assume that you are car-dumb.
We Don’t Try to Take Advantage of You
We won’t take advantage of you, either. We do not take advantage of our customers. As we said above, we believe in full transparency and all of our dealings, whether service or repair. We want to earn your trust and make you a customer for life, and we cannot do that if we try to cross-sell services and parts that you do not need or treat you differently because you’re a woman. You can count on us to never take advantage of you or your automobile.
