i own a 95 black cheep cherokee. it had a door falling off and the exhaust was falling off plus many more problems with my truck. i had taken it to lots of places that took advantage of me cause i am not from mass. i found mike on the internet and gave him a chance. i am very glad that i did. not only was mike and his crew beyond polite, but went out of their way to help me and explain in easy to understand terms but he was also very fair in his pricing and kept my bill below my budget! if you have had bad experience with other shops, then you should try mike. he is the best in western mass. thanks mike i will be bringing all my vehicles to you in the future and so will my friends and family

I found Mike's Auto Service a couple of years ago. He was the first place in a long time that treated me with respect and got the job done at a reasonable rate.
